The day started out about 8:30 with 3 separate track setups. A slalom, circle and one other. We had about 7 Vipers with 3 of them being new members. The turnout was a little light and I am sure due to the threat of rain but we got lucky and had a beautiful day with a nice breeze. Each driver got the opportunity to do each setup with the circle being the least favorite and a little stomach upsetting. LOL. After a pizza lunch provided by the club our performance driving directors turned it all into a nice autocross and gave all our rookies a chance to really experience an autocross. They each had several runs with a couple guys trying their regular street non viper just for fun. Everyone had a good time and I think we have 3 new guys that are going to get into are performance driving events.
