Our third autocross of the year was a success! We had to do this one a little different due to a noise ordinance that they are now enforcing. Folks started arriving about 10:00 to unload trailers and get ready for the day. Drivers meeting at 11:15 with the track going hot at 11:30. This year Mark outdid himself using the entire Madison Speedway track and runs taking from around 50 seconds to about a full minute. The track was fast and technical. We ended the day around 4:30  and folks were mentioning about how intense the focus was. We started with 8 runs each which believe it or not was quite a workout. We broke for lunch around 1:00 and after lunch had 2 more sessions with a total of 18 runs for the day. We ended the day about 4:30 and awarded the trophies. After the group photo several got together for dinner to finish up the day. Now we're ready for the next event.
